Explore our industrial-grade WPC, SPC, Acoustic, and Architectural Cladding Innovations
A global leader in modernized WPC extrusion, intelligent manufacturing, and eco-friendly building material innovation.
Headquartered in Linyi City, Shandong Province—the world-renowned hub for wood composite processing—Linyi Rich New Materials Co., Ltd. operates an intelligent production base spanning over 100,000 square meters. Supported by a workforce of more than 300 technical experts and advanced automation, we specialize in high-capacity OEM/ODM manufacturing of structural Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) keels, decking systems, wall panels, SPC flooring, and acoustic architectural products.
In modern architectural decking, exterior wall cladding, and heavy-duty outdoor flooring applications, the structural stability of the installation relies heavily on the substructure. Traditional structural materials such as treated softwood or tubular steel joists suffer from moisture degradation, rot, thermal expansion misalignment, galvanic corrosion, and high maintenance costs. As a premier Custom Keel WPC Manufacturer & Supplier, Linyi Rich New Materials Co., Ltd. delivers high-density Wood-Plastic Composite substructure systems specifically engineered to eliminate structural failures.
Our custom extruded WPC keels utilize a thermo-stabilized polyolefin-wood matrix formulated with bio-based coupling agents (Maleic Anhydride Grafted Polyethylene/Polypropylene - MAPE/MAPP). This chemical cross-linking provides superior flexural strength, zero water rot, class-leading screw-holding power, and resistance against termite infestation, making them the ultimate substructure solution for municipal, commercial, and high-end residential projects globally.
Custom WPC keel profiles require meticulous raw material selection to withstand perpetual dynamic load-bearing, ground-contact moisture, and micro-organism exposure. Our laboratory formulates custom profiles tailored to target deflection limits ($L/360$ under static load) and climate extremes ranging from $-40^\circ\text{C}$ freeze-thaw conditions to $+75^\circ\text{C}$ surface heat exposure.

Located in Shandong Province, Linyi Rich New Materials Co., Ltd. benefits directly from the local raw material eco-system, including high-grade recycled HDPE polymers, micro-milled hardwood fibers, and non-toxic stabilizing additives. This cluster advantage allows us to offer unmatched price-to-performance ratios for bulk international procurement.
Our massive 100,000 m² smart plant is organized into specialized high-precision manufacturing workshops:
Global real estate developers, landscape engineering firms, and building material importers require substructures that conform to local building codes. Our Custom Keel WPC products excel across various high-stress environments:
The building materials sector is undergoing a rapid transition toward circular economy solutions. Traditional timber joists contribute to deforestation and rely on toxic chemical treatments (like Chromated Copper Arsenate - CCA) to prevent decay. Aluminum keels carry a massive embodied carbon footprint during refining.
Custom WPC Keels bridge the gap by recycling post-industrial plastic and timber processing by-products into non-toxic, 100% recyclable, structural products. With extended service lifespans exceeding 25 years without toxic off-gassing, WPC keels represent the benchmark for modern green building frameworks (LEED & BREEAM certified project friendly).

For standard residential outdoor decking, the recommended joist spacing for a 40x30mm solid WPC keel is 300mm to 350mm center-to-center. For heavy commercial applications or hollow deck profiles subjected to high live loads, a 300mm max span center is strictly recommended to prevent flexural creep over time.
WPC keels are 100% moisture-impermeable and rot-proof, but installing them directly on soft mud can lead to uneven settling over time. We recommend placing WPC keels over a stable concrete pad, compacted gravel bed, or elevated adjustable plastic pedestals to ensure proper water drainage underneath the decking grid.
As a factory direct manufacturer, Linyi Rich provides full profile mold customization. You can customize cross-sectional dimensions, wall thickness (for hollow profiles), internal rib architecture, pre-punched mounting holes, custom length cutting (up to 5.8m for container loading), color matching, and flame-retardant additive ratios (Class B1 certification).
Aluminum keels offer high rigidity but are significantly more expensive (often 2.5x to 3x the cost of WPC keels) and conduct thermal expansion rapidly, which can loosen decking clips. WPC keels offer an ideal balance of structural strength, superior sound dampening underfoot, thermal expansion compatibility with WPC decking boards, and superior cost economy for large-scale developments.
WPC keels feature dense polymer-wood structures that provide high screw withdrawal resistance. Stainless steel screws can be driven directly into the WPC keel (or pre-drilled in low-temperature environments) to anchor hidden starter/center clips. Unlike natural wood, WPC does not split along grain lines during screw penetration.
